"Lucky"

Lucky Charmer, JH, CGC, NA Prize II
A few years ago,
a pup caught Tom's eye and stole his heart....and Hunter
lived up to Tom's expectations. In the Spring of 2002,
again a very young male pup charmed his way into Tom's
heart, and he was "Lucky" that at age 8 weeks of
age, he was the only pup not spoken for. Tom said it
"was fate" and "Lucky" was announced as
Tom's "other man dog" and instantly became part of
our family.

At a very
early age, Lucky has proven he is his Mother's Son
with his "Life is a Party!" attitude and
his Grandmother's Grandson with his
Independent field work. He has a JH
less than 1 year of age, 2 legs were earned at 6
months of age. |

He
also earned a Navhda Natural
Ability Prize II at 7 months of age. Although
he earned enough points for a Prize I, his
independence in the field (Like Grandma Terra!) cost
him the Prize I.
In the
conformation ring, he has also been recognized
and has finished his Conformation Championship
at just 2 years of age, with wins as a pup over
adult dogs!.
He also has
developed his Uncle Hunter's love of the
camera!!! |

But in the end, it is not the awards or Prizes that
is of importance, but of the building blocks of
natural instincts and conformation that allows a
good dog to go on to be a great
dog.
